HOW SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

1) Start your membership
Click Start Your Membership to begin setting up your TFE Club Hub subscription.

2) Create your Club Hub login
Create the member account using the email address and password your club will use to access TFE Club Hub. These login details will need to be shared internally with the authorised coaches, staff and other members of your organisation who require access. Where possible, we recommend using a club-controlled email address rather than a personal email address.

3) Enter your club details
Complete the short registration form with your club information and contact details.
​
4) Set up your monthly payment
Complete checkout using your preferred payment method. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled. Where applicable, the Founding Member discount will be applied automatically at checkout — no promo code is required.

5) Access TFE Club Hub
Once payment is complete, your membership will be activated and you can access the protected TFE Club Hub members area using your club login.

6) Share access within your club
TFE Club Hub is a club-wide subscription, not a per-user subscription. Your club may share its Club Hub login details internally with authorised coaches, staff and other members of the same organisation.
​
IMPORTANT: TFE Club Hub access is licensed to the subscribing club or organisation only. Login details may be shared internally within that organisation but must not be shared with individuals or organisations outside the subscribing club. TFE reserves the right to suspend access where login details are believed to be shared outside the subscribing organisation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled and remain subject to the TFE Club Hub membership terms.​
